The ScriptWalla Story Competition is an open call for submissions of screenplays, and short stories relating to India and the Indian diaspora. The competition is open to screenwriters across India and the world. The only requirement is that each applicant must own the copyright to the submitted screenplay.

A group of film industry panelists will juror the event, selecting ten winners for each of the ten competitive categories. These categories include but are not limited to: Best Comedy, Best Thriller, Best Action Movie, Best Romantic Comedy, and more.

Winning scripts and screenwriters receive cash prizes, exposure to film industry contacts, a press release to print and media outlets, and maybe … just maybe … your script will become a major motion picture.
